Who We Are
COMPREHENSIVE NURSING & HOME HEALTHCARE is a seasoned nursing and home healthcare agency founded in June 2017. The agency derived from my primary role as a wife, mother, and caretaker of an ill grandparent and secondarily to my career as a licensed registered nurse, for which I have been practicing for 17 years. During my years of providing patient care, I have aided those living in underserved communities throughout the metropolitan area of Saint Louis, Missouri, working with ethnic minority groups disproportionately impacted by the healthcare system.
Inequities in healthcare often result in distrust of government and healthcare systems. My goal focuses on delivering care to patients/clients in their homes, mending some medical mistrust barriers, and bridging gaps in healthcare associated with racial and ethnic minority groups. The CDC, 2022 found that people from racial and ethnic minority groups are disproportionately affected by a lack of access to quality health care, health insurance, or linguistically and culturally responsive health care. COMPREHENSIVE NURSING & HOME HEALTHCARE professionally trained care providers will aid in healthcare management. Doing so will help ease clients and their loved ones’ concerns related to medical mistrust, raise efficiency, and lower healthcare costs in Missouri. The purpose of my company is health promotion, disease, injury prevention, and condition management activities.
My educational background and work as a skilled registered nurse offer essential patient care across environments like hospitals, outpatient clinics, private practices, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, and patient residences. My professional ability to monitor patients’ health, administer medication and therapies, perform diagnostic tests, and educate patients about specific medical topics that can contribute to their recovery and wellness serves as an assurance of the company’s ability to provide excellent patient/client care.
